Zinc Plating
Zinc plating is used to prolong the life of your product and protect it from corrosion. We usually deposit between 8-12 µm of zinc in our fully automatic zinc line.
Electroless Nickel
Electroless nickel plating is very hard wearing and will give an even uniform finish all over; holes, inside tubes, slots, threads, blades/fins will all have the same thickness of nickel as the outside of the part.
Electropolishing
We provide electropolishing of Stainless Steel, we mainly work with grades 304 and 316 and also provide pickling and passivating that goes side by side with this finish.

Electroless nickel is not like conventional nickel plating, this finish is achieved by a chemical reaction rather than an electrical current being passed through. Electroless nickel plating is very hard wearing, it provides very good corrosion protection and will give an even uniform finish all over.
